All memberships at Level Up Health and Wellness require a minimum two-month commitment. After the initial two months, memberships transition to a

Membership Sharing Policy: Memberships can be shared with one additional person. If you'd like to authorize someone to use your membership, let us know, and we’ll add them as an authorized user.
